Yes.  You can use the User Browser and the filters to narrow down the users you would like to enroll into a course.  Then, you will click on the ‘Actions’ tab and select the users you would like to be enrolled.  From the drop down menu, you will select ‘Register’ and type in the course title (once you begin typing in the course title, this will auto-populate a list of courses that match the title).  

You will then complete the process by clicking ‘Review and Confirm’.
