To register multiple users in a course, go to the User Browser by clicking on Browse User under Users.

 

  • Use the Filters to select the group of people (e.g. filter by Group, Occupation, Status, etc.) that you would like to register, and click on the Apply Filters button.
  • Click on the Actions tab and select Register from the drop-down menu.

 

  • In the blank Register Into: Course/Program field, begin typing in the name of the course or program and a list will automatically appear below the field.  Type in the full name of the course or program or select it from the list.
  • Go through the list of users and check the boxes to the left of the users’ names you would like to register into the training.  If you would like to enroll all the users listed on the page, click on the box in the column heading to select all users on the current page.


  • Click on the Review and Confirm button when you have selected all the desired users.
  • You will then be taken to a page listing all the users you selected.  If the list is correct, click Perform to enroll these users into the course.  If the list is incorrect, select the users you want to clear from the list and then click the Clear selected items link.
