This feature can be used to show learners who have registered for, completed, passed, failed, not attempted, etc. courses within a desired date range for a specific course or program.  First, go to the Registration Browser ("Browse Registrations" under Registrations).

  • Under the Filters tab, select Course, Program, Group, or Occupation from the first left-hand drop-down menu.
  • A corresponding drop-down menu will appear to the right of the drop-down you just selected.  Select the corresponding specific course, program, group, or occupation that you wish to run a report for.
  • From the third left-hand drop-down menu, select the status that you wish to look at: Registered, Completed, Expired, or Status.  If you choose Status, you will be able to narrow the users down based on more specific qualities: All Completed, All Not Completed, Not Attempted, Browsed, Incomplete, Complete, Passed, and Failed.
  • Change the date range by clicking in the date fields and editing the dates.  Note that if you select to filter by Status, you cannot adjust the date range for the report.
  • Click Apply Filters to generate your report.


  • If you want to bookmark this or any other filtered report in the Registration Browser, click on the Bookmarks tab to save the report and have it available to view on your Home page of the Administration Tool.
