To view and edit a specific question or answer and/or change the order in which the FAQ appears on the FAQs page of the Learning Center, click on the Question ID number or any of the Question or Answer links on the FAQs Browser page.

• On the FAQ Information page, you can choose to edit the FAQ information or delete the FAQ.
  
  

• Click on the Edit Information link at the top of the page to edit this specific FAQ.
  
  

• You have the option to edit the questions and answers using HTML, or you can click on the Text View checkbox to edit either the question or answer in a Microsoft Word styled format.
  
  

• If you want to change the order in which the question and answer appears on the FAQs page of the Learning Center, you will need to first assign a non-existent Order number all the questions you want to change.  No two FAQs can have the same number order at the same time. 

For example, if you want to swap the order of the 1^st and 2^nd questions, you will need first to assign the 2^nd question to a non-existent Order number such as “100” before you can assign the 1^st question to Order number “2.”  Once you assign the 1^st question to Order number “2,” you can then proceed to change the Order of the 2^nd question from Order number “100” to “1.”

• Make the desired edits and click on the Update Information button at the bottom of the page to save your edits.
